These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by 507 GROUP LLC, doing business as 507ART (“507ART,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company.

By accessing this website or purchasing any artwork, product, or participating in a community release, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use this website.

All purchases and transactions are conducted by 507 GROUP LLC under the 507ART brand.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • You will not use this website for unlawful purposes

The Company reserves the right to refuse service for any lawful reason.

2. Intellectual Property & Artistic Independence

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, sculpture designs, documentation, and branding — is the exclusive property of 507 GROUP LLC, operating as 507ART, unless otherwise stated.

All sculptures are original, independently created artistic works.

They are not licensed products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any third-party brand, franchise, or intellectual property holder.

Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial usage rights.

No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

3. Artwork & Availability

All sculptures are original, one-of-one works unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Availability is limited and subject to change without notice.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Modify descriptions
  • Withdraw works from sale

Purchase of artwork does not guarantee future value, appreciation, or investment return.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. 507 GROUP LLC does not store full credit card information.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the full payment amount.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback without prior written communication may constitute a breach of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to submit transaction records, shipping documentation, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor in response to disputes.

5. Final Sale Policy

All artwork sales are final.

Due to the unique and original nature of the works, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted except where required by applicable law.

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

6. Shipping & Customs

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Shipping costs
  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes

The Company is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by destination authorities.

Signature-required delivery may be used for high-value shipments.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

507 GROUP LLC is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after carrier acceptance, except where covered through carrier insurance claims.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  • The buyer must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographic documentation must be provided

If a shipment is lost in transit, the buyer must notify the Company promptly.

The Company may assist in initiating a carrier insurance claim where applicable. Any resolution depends on the carrier’s investigation and insurance determination.

Failure to report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery may limit the ability to file a carrier claim.

9. Community Releases & Giveaways

Community releases and giveaways are governed by the official rules published on their respective pages.

Minimum age: 18 years.

Shipping and customs costs for giveaway works are the responsibility of the winner unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in redraw.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate stated rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 507 GROUP LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Delays beyond reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased artwork.

11. External Services

The Company uses third-party services including:

  • Stripe
  • Buy Me a Coffee
  • YouTube
  • Hosting providers

The Company is not responsible for the policies, actions, or practices of third-party service providers.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.
