If a shipment arrives visibly damaged:

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the artwork has been handed
over to the shipping carrier.

acceptance, except where carrier insurance coverage applies.
We may assist in initiating a carrier insurance claim. Any resolution depends
on the carrier’s investigation and insurance determination.
Failure to report visible damage within 48 hours may limit claim eligibility.
Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
507 GROUP LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges
resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a shipment is refused by the buyer or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect
information, unpaid customs charges, or absence at delivery:
may be deducted from any applicable insurance recovery or future reshipment
arrangements.
No refund will be issued in cases of refusal due to unpaid customs or taxes.
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming,
United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
