Return & Refund Policy

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through 507 GROUP LLC, doing business as 507ART (“507ART,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company.

All artworks sold under the 507ART brand are original, one-of-one works unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the unique and non-replicable nature of these works, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The artwork is a one-of-one original work
  • The sale is final
  • No return or exchange rights apply except where required by applicable law

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Shipping Damage

All artworks are professionally packaged and shipped with tracking. Signature-required delivery may be used for high-value works.

If an artwork arrives visibly damaged:

  • The buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographic documentation of the packaging and damage must be provided
  • Immediate inspection upon delivery is required

We may assist in coordinating repair solutions or initiating a shipping carrier insurance claim where applicable.

Resolution depends on the carrier’s investigation and insurance determination. Failure to report visible damage within 48 hours may limit the ability to file a claim.

3. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit:

  • The buyer must notify us promptly
  • We will cooperate with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation

Any compensation or resolution will depend on the carrier’s findings and applicable shipping insurance coverage.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier, except where carrier insurance applies.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

Buyers are solely responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT or local taxes
  • Any additional charges imposed by destination authorities

507 GROUP LLC is not responsible for customs delays, clearance procedures, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage buyers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute.

Initiating an unauthorized or unjustified chargeback without prior written communication may constitute a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to submit transaction records, delivery confirmation, packaging documentation, and communication records to the payment processor in response to disputes.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
